Hello,
I'm working with a PTZ (CR-N500) and using visca commands to control it. I seem to remember that panning left (counter clockwise) use to give me pan motor positions in negative, but currently the positions are coming out as positive (or has always been like that ? or is there some setting has triggered this ?). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
