EOS C70 Video Comes Up as Just Audio in FCPX

anyone having issues with the video showing up BUT ONLY AUDIO ON FCPX

The two formats I shot were Intra-frame 59.94p 600 Mbps and 23.98 240 Mbps. Both didn't work form me either. I just sent feedback via the FCP menu "Provide Final Cut Feedback". Might be helpful if you could too so we can get this fixed asap.

Davinci resolve every thing works

Does anyone know if FCP 10.6.7 or 10.6.8 has fixed this problem?

10.6.8 has not fixed this problem. The three clips showing as audio only in the screenshot below are the same three that weren't working before.

Have you reached out to support about this? They're at 800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666), Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm (ET) and Saturday from 9am to 8pm (ET).

I had this issue, it is now fixed.

I updated to latest FCPX 10.8 and also latest MacOs Sonoma 14.5 and it works beautifully again.
