Canon XA70 Livestream help needed. Need to know if a XA70 can Livestream using the mini-HDMI port

Need to know if a XA70 can Livestream using the mini-HDMI port.  The documentation seems to reference USB C only for Livestreming, so I need some clarification.  Need to know if a 4k decoder card is needed.

The HDMI terminal on the Canon XA70 camcorder is able to output a live signal. This allows for you to view a live image on a larger monitor, or to connect the camera to a capture device. This means that you may use the camcorder to stream, but you would need to have a video capture device attached to your computer that would accept the HDMI IN connection.
