We had this issue once before and found the setting to correct it. Can't remember what we did then. Someone got into our tech room and messed with settings on our camcorder. The video looks fine on the camera view screen, but it's elongated on our Zoom and on Facebook livestream. The minister looks like a conehead, and our round chalice looks like an egg. I have tried everything I can think of, but I haven't found what Mystery Guy changed. The last time this happened, I remember it was a switch or button on the camera, but I have tried them all with no success.
The only info I can find for a similar issue is about editing videos, and we don't do any of that. We send the feed from the camera to the computer and broadcast it on Zoom.
