C100 Mark ii HDMI output only 480 - can't get 1080

I am trying to connect a Elvid FieldVision 10.1" monitor via HDMI for a small director's monitor and no matter what I do, I am only able to get a 480 signal from the HDMI output.  I can get 1080 when the monitor is hooked up to my 5D mark iv and I have played around with HDMI cables, and camera settings but nothing works.

I am new to this forum, but very interested as I recently purchased a used Canon C100 mk I and really enjoying it. However, I do experience the issues when doing live streaming to my Atomos Atom X CAST and realize I need a pull down or descaler device. I do have a BMVA 12g though, so curious if this worked.
