With regards to using ACES color management architecture, we'd like you to know that Canon U.S.A., Inc now offers application software upgrades to enable compatibility with ACES. The link below will take you to the main page which details ACES compatibility, of which the EOS C300 is included, as well as a link to the appropriate download page for each applicable cinema camera.
Regarding software support and workflow though, this is outside the realm of Canon's technical support team.
