My printer is having trouble grabbing onto paper (5"x7" Canson Arches Aquarelle Rag 310gsm). The rubber wheel looks like it's covered in powder from the paper and it's not sticky enough to grab. Humidity here is a low 27%. Any suggestions?
Well, it worked for a while, but then it was back to failing to load the paper. I'm having to do a full wipe cleaning every 10 prints or so. Is this normal?
I am having a similar problem with Moab artist cards. I have printed approximately 200 of these cards since I purchased the printer 8 months ago without any issues. Today I was trying to print some and it would not grab the paper consistently. Cleaned the roller a couple of times and finally gave up. All settings are correct and the paper is perfectly flat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
