My printer is having trouble grabbing onto paper (5"x7" Canson Arches Aquarelle Rag 310gsm). The rubber wheel looks like it's covered in powder from the paper and it's not sticky enough to grab. Humidity here is a low 27%. Any suggestions?
Well, it worked for a while, but then it was back to failing to load the paper. I'm having to do a full wipe cleaning every 10 prints or so. Is this normal?
