Pixma Pro100 Group 1 ink colors not working

I have installed 2 new ink cartridges and performed head cleaning  and deep cleaning and no colors of the "group 1" are printing.  Help please.

If you try multiple deep cleanings (some folks have reported that they needed three or more to get success) I suspect you have either a head failure or a printer failure (perhaps the cable that connects to the Group 1 nozzles).
