imagePROGRAF PRO-310 Streaking

I have been struggling with image quality on my new Pro-310 and haven't been able to troubleshoot the problem yet. All of my test prints, using Professional Print and Layout, end up with lines across the entirety of the print. I have attached a sample. I used canon photoIMG_4500.jpg paper, and made sure the ICC profiles, as well as the settings on the printer itself reflect the paper I am using. The pattern is regular throughout the middle of the image, but the frequency of streaks differs on either edge (you can see the change on the right side of this image. That difference is consistent across test prints on canon pro semi-gloss and pro platinum papers. Any ideas where I am going wrong?

Does it do this if you print from a photo app like Canon DPP4, Lightroom or Photoshop?

I hadn't tried because I understood PPL to be a more straightforward workflow. Just tried printing directly from Lightroom. Had the same issue. Any ideas?

Run a nozzle check. If that look correct then give Canon support a call at 1-800-OK-CANON.
