I just set up the Pro-310 printer and cannot get the wireless connection to work with my new Microsoft Surface pc. I've been online with Best Buy Geek Squad all day. For now, I'm using a USB cable to print from my pc. I cannot figure out how to enter 13x19 photo size on the LED display. Can anyone help?!

Once logged in, click on your imagePROGRAF PRO-310 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, please click on the Phone Support button to access support.
