After running a 17x22 heavy art print from the rear feed and subsequently clearing a jam of plain paper from the top feed, every subsequent print has been scratched. If I look through the exit feed, I can see two rows of metal "pizza wheel" rollers. One trio of rollers near the center of the print on the row closest to the print head appears to be responsible for the scratches.
Despite visual inspection for debris and running cleaning cycles, I haven't managed to eliminate the scratches. Is it possible to access these wheels or replace these parts? What are the recommended steps for resolving this issue?
