Fade dark line on Canon imagePrograf Pro-310 prints.

Hello. I have a problem- I  started to have dark, and sometimes light line on prints. Used different papers ( Hahnemühle Baryta, Ilford Silk) and it’s on the same place. Only on a4 .  When I bought a printer ( 2 months ago) everything was fine. And than it’s started. 
I did everything- cleaning and atc, but nothing helped me. I don’t know what to do. Maybe someone knows what is wrong. Thank you.
