Pixma Pro-200S Can't Specify A3+ Paper Size

DougArnold

Just purchased a Pixma Pro-200S to replace Pixma Pro 100.

Printing from Lightroom (Lightroom Classic version 14.3/Windows 11), in the Page Setup... dialogue of the Print Function, if I select the Photo Printing Profile, I cannot then select A3+ (13'x19') Page Size.  I have registered this page size on the printer itself and it's shown on the printer as loaded in the Top Feed.  I cannot even define a Custom Page Size.

Do you mean this dialogue screen:

I have the Pro-100. I always just operate from the Standard option preset.

If I select Photo I am also unable to select custom sizes (but I can select A3+). Since it is Photo I suspect it is internally program to only select stand photo paper sizes (just my guess).

Do you have a Fine Art media type selected? I know for the Pro-100 only the Manual Feed can be used for fine art media.

You need to try to make changes in the print settings of your Pixma Pro-200S manually. In addition, if it does not work then restore the printer to factory default and then perform the printing. Make sure you are using the right paper to print and check if your printer supports it. In addition to that, it will be good if you seek more help from the Canon support team to get the right solutions.

Yes, that is the dialogue I am referring to. Not using any Fine Art media...just a standard Luster paper.

After reading your response, I was able to select A3+ paper a couple of different ways, both of which seem counter-intuitive to me:

1) Use the Standard Profile and in the Page Size dropdown, select Document instead of Photo (!) and A3+ is available as a choice.

2) Use the Photo Printing Profile, and again select Document instead of Photo from the Page Size dropdown.  A3+ is then available as a choice.

In both cases, it's not clear to me why A3+ is not available under Photo instead of Document in the Page Size dropdown.  Seems to work though and all of my LR User Templates appear to be fine.

Thanks again for your assistance.  Very much appreciated.
