imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 horizontal lines near top of print

Prograf 1000 printer leaves some thin white horizontal lines near top of print. I am printing on Moab Juniper 5x7.  I have cleaned the platen, the rollers, auto aligned the print head, switched to unidirectional printing but the lines persist. The tanks have ink.

Thanks for your suggestion.  I have reached out, was told it is probably a hardware problem and since the printer is out of warranty I am on my own finding a generic inkjet repair facility in my area.  I live in northern rural New Hampshire and have found none generic or close.
