imagePROGRAF PRO-4600 Consistent jag in Nozzle Check Pattern.

Hi, 

I'm using a imagePROGRAF PRO-4600 at my job. I do a nozzle check at the beginning of each shift as part of a maintenance routine. And for the past four or five nozzle checks, I've been getting a double horizontal line at the bottom of the PM pattern in the same spot every time in spite of performing head cleanings. Does anyone know what this might indicate?

Based on the type of issue you're experiencing, I recommend you contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. Please be near your PRO-4600 and have the 9-character serial number from the back of your printer ready at the time of your call. I hope this is helpful.
