Good morning everyone,
I just purchased a new Canon imagePROGRAF TM-340, still in its factory packaging. After it was delivered to my office, I realized the printer's dimensions are not compatible with my door size. 😞
According to the manual, the printer must not be tilted and should only be transported in a horizontal position.
What can I do in this situation? Can anyone suggest a solution? Is it safe to tilt the printer for just 5 minutes, or will that void the warranty?
Thanks in advance for your help!
