imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 can't change the paper type to the correct paper

Recently purchased this printer. For the most part great results but of the ten prints I have done thus far twice I've had only  2/3rds of the image print.. Error code is 2114 which is paper size doesn't match and I can see on the printer's screen that it says Letter Pro Lustre. I am using Canon's Professional Print & Layout software and have it set to the paper I'm using, A3+ but I can't find a way to change it on the printer. When I first opened/set up the printer is seemed to sense when the wrong paper was in the feed tray but now as I've said it's stuck on the Letter Pro Lustre  The first time I had the issue I tried printing again and the next image printer perfect. With ink so expensive I'd rather not rely on that as my answer.  Thanks so much for any help. I was so hoping to have no issues with this new printer.

So I "tricked" the printer by putting a piece of plain paper in the feed tray and that seemed to allow me to open up some choices for paper size when I clicked on the 'Letter Pro Lustre' which I had clicked on many times before without getting any results. But, the image I just printed was still cut off.

Thanks, and have a great day!

Windows 11   Connect via usb  I  just had another successful print, but that has happened previously amidst getting the unsuccessful / chopped off prints so I'm still not confident.  (I did do the same print via LR. Have to say that the colors were perfect with the Canon software and not so great coming out of LR)  Thanks!
