Canon imageprograf 1000 won't print 5x7 matte photos

I'm able to print using smaller 4x6 with the matte photo paper setting, but not 5x7 or any custom sizes. It's the recommended setting for the papers i use, red river aurora. Is there an equivalent media type or some way to force it to print 5x7/custom sizes? I also print borderless, but even when I don't it still won't work.

Hi Smcdan211,

4" x 6" Matte Photo Paper is not supported for use with the imagePROGRAF PRO-1000.
