Can't connect my PIXMA TR8520 to my Wi-Fi.

This printer was previously connected to my WiFi. Somehow during a power failure and restart it became disconnected. I've gone through all of the steps up to entering the correct Lan login password, but I get the following message on the printer screen:

"Error Cannot change the setting. If the device is in use via the Lan, finish it and then change the setting".

The device is not in use via the Lan because I can't connect it to the Lan. How do I reset this so I can get connected again?

Please help.

Greetings ,

I suggest you remove the device and uninstall its software, restart and perform setup again.

The latest drivers for your device can be downloaded here

I followed the link to download the latest drivers, but the website tells me there are no drivers for my MacOS High Sierra.

I'm connected to the printer just fine via direct connect to my MacPro, but I need WiFi for my other devices.

Greetings,

Software downloads for this device are missing from its support portal.  I've reported the issue to the web services team.  Please watch the thread for an update.
