imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 and MacBook Pro will not reconnect after power outage

Hi, 

The power went out in my house and I cannot reconnect my prograf 1000 with my McBookPro. I have tried: uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver, disconnecting the printer power cord from printer (after powering down), powering down and restarting the computer, checking for updates on the OS (Ventura 13.6.1), going through the wireless LAN setup again.

When I attempt to print, I get an error message with check your pinter's operation panel or remote UI. When I disconnected and reconnected the printer, it powered back on and printer panel said that the printer was not shut off properly (which was the same message after the power went off in the house.) 

Advice?
