Can someone tell me what settings to use so I can print on 16x20 paper on the pro-1000.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You in advance.

Are you using a fine art paper. Typically they need to be fed from the manual feed tray. Fine Art papers have a minimum margin default. I think there is a way to override that on the Pro-1000 but I’m not sure. For the Pro-100 there is a 30mm margin as a default to avoid head strike smudging.

I would assume it is the same as my Pro-100.

1. select Custom at the bottom of the page size dropdown.

2. Input 16 and 20.

Thank you for your response.  I changed it in the printer setup but I get a message that it is not capable with the paper in the top feeder.  I need to know how to override the margin error setting.  I should have stated my question better.
