how do I print on 11 x 14 paper?

I have a Pro 100 printer and use Photoshop CC. The printer manual says I can print on paper sizes other than those listed in the dropdown menu of print settings, but the printer balks at my attempts. I am not a techie, so please tell me in simple language how to accomplish this task.

You need to set the custom print size in the printer driver.

Thanks a heap. What I didn't realize is that the option for custom sizes does not appear if the "Commonly Used Settings" is set to "Photo Printing."
