can a canon PIXMA PRO-100 print 5 x7 size?

I tried everything and I keep on getting a three flash (or paper) jam message with no paper jam no matter how many times I try to print a 5 x 7 canon photo paper.

Question has been posted several years ago by innumerable users with no answer.

I see from your screenshot that you have the AirPrint version of the printer installed. You do not want that; you lose most of the benefits of the Pro-100.

Have you installed the latest Canon driver from the support site? If not, download and install.

Click the plus icon "+" to add a new printer and wait until the Canon IJ Series printer appears; it could take a few minutes. Then you can remove the AirPrint version.

As you noted, this "false" paper jam has often been reported with the Pro-100 in the past. For some reason, the error can often be cleared and the print successfully made after running a Roller Cleaning from the Maintenance section of the printer preferences. Unfortunately the problem may recur at a later date, but another roller cleaning will likely resolve it again (until the next time.) These ink jet photo printers are complicated beasts.
