using canon pro 100 offline

i just bought a canon pro 100 printer. i plan to connect it to my offline Mac which i will use as a "workhorse". are there any particular setup considerations if i'm offline?

Pro-100 Magenta and PM ink cartridges issues

My Pro-100 printer will not seem to clean the Magenta and PhotoMagenta cartridges. After multiple deep cleanings, it still leaves gaps in the printing, which is affecting all my photo printing. All other cartridges work fine. Any suggestions?
