Why no Canon 17”x25” Pro Luster Paper?

Since our cameras are 2:3 ratio in the viewfinder, why not make a 17” x 25” Pro Luster paper so we can make a 16x24 Print with a Half Inch border to secure a Mat. 
17x22 crops off particular parts of the image to create a different ratio which is not desirable. 
And let’s get rid of those old out of date aspect ratios.

My Canon Pro 300 with Pro Luster 13x19 allows me to print 12x18 with a nice half inch border while maintains the 2:3 Ratio. 
Would allow me to purchase a Pro 1000 down the road and and print a beautiful enlarged 12x18 to a16x24 with all information visible. 
Let’s keep consistency throughout product line.
