I run Photoshop 11, Photoshop 12, and CS-6. I am told (by my computer) that I do not have the proper support for Print Studio Pro. So what is the proper support?

To have a better understanding of your issue, please let everyone know what printer model (e.g. - MX922, MG6420, CP910, etc.) you are using, what operating system (Windows Vista/7/8 or Mac OS 10.X) you are using and if you are connected via USB or WI-FI.
