What can I do when my Pro 10 doesn't recognize a new CO cartridge?
I unplugged printer for twenty minutes
I swapped out another cartridge (meaning I tried two new ones)
I gently cleaned the contact.
it is also not recognizing a new yellow cartridge.
I deleted the printer and added it again
What else?
I've had the Pro-10 for, what, at least 8 years. Printed alot yesterday. Did notice that the BW prints were cooler than expected. Lightroom, via Mac.
