Where/how can I get a service tech to fix my iPF8000s wide format printer?
Bought it new in 2008.
Located in Danville, Kentucky
We had a print head go out and used the Canon phone/call in tech support which was great on diagnostic and helping install the print head.
After installation it would not quit pumping ink for the startup. It had already filled a new waste cartridge before changing the print head. After a while the phone tech support told us we needed a service tech.
I have called 4 different places since Friday. This included the company we bought it from.
Two of them took my info and said a service person would call and set up a visit to fix it. I have not received their call yet.
We are a decent size print shop- in business since 1988-have good credit-never ripped anybody off .
We have used nothing but genuine Canon parts, ink, banner material, etc.
Why do we not get called back?
Where can I get service?
Thanks, Greg
