Reporting a Bug

I'd like to report a bug. I recently upgraded to Yosemite on my Apple desktop. I installed the latest drivers for my printer, the Pixma iX6520, from the Canon web site; however, when I go to the "Two-Sided" option, to print double-sided, it's grayed out.

Can someone address this issue? Thanks.

Not related am sorry if this is nor the right place to be posting this but I have the R5 C and recently updated to the new firmware. Now I get a halo effect in my videos. any reason? anybody else experiencing a similar issue? many thanks
