I have had the Pro 100 for 2 years and 3 months. It comes on, but the orange light blinks, it gives a "screechy and scratching noise", shakes pretty bad and then stops doing anything. I have tried everything i know to solve the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions please?
To John's question... the printer will blink a certain number of times in a row... then pause briefly... then blink again several times in a row... then pause, etc.
The number of blinks in a row (between pauses) represents an error code and can sometimes be used to diagnose the issue.
