I've never had good quality prints. But these were the worst. I click on the picture in my documents and print. I'm doing this from my Lenova laptop and have Windows 10.

Selecting an image and right clicking print generally brings up some default image viewer. They generally are of dubious quality for anything other than viewing on-screen.

Have you run a nozzle check to be sure the printer is functioning correctly?

Can you open an image in a true photo editor like Photoshop, Photoshop Elements etc and try printing with that?

Yeah, that's not going to work. It is trying to reproduce what you see on your monitor. Again if you have it set incorrectly, most likely, it will give so-so or poor results.  You need to d/l the software from Canon to do your prints at least. It is free so why not? I use Photoshop but you don't need it to produce excellent to outstanding prints from the Pro-100. I have sold many prints from my Pro-xxx series printers for years.

Here is a scan of a print from my Pro-100.
