Pro 300, black lines at the end of the paper

I need help with my Canon Pro 300 printer issue! I'm trying to print on a glossy 4x6 paper & I keep getting black & brown streaks at the bottom of the paper. I can also hear a scratching noise from the printer when it's nearing the end of the paper.

I've run a nozzle check, print head cleaning, & roller cleaning but that didn't help. I could not replicate the issue on an A4-size paper. If anyone has had such an issue before, kindly let me know how you solved it!

hat tray are you printing from? What paper type?

I am using the top feed tray, the paper is a glossy 4x6 (10x15cm), and it's not stiff so I cannot use the rear tray(manual tray)

Did you try a roller cleaning?

Then I suggest you register your product (if you haven't done so already) and contact Canon for support.
