Canon Pro 300 using A3+ paper. When printing a 12 x 18 color image landscape, part of the image is printed black. Same image printed in B&W prints fine. Same image will print in color at 10 x 15 fine.
Thoughts?

Hi,
What version of Windows or MacOS are you running? Also, what printing software are you using?
If you would like assistance in real time, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for real time support with this issue. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
We look forward to hearing from you.
