Pro 200 printer is printing all grey images

I'm trying to print a 12" X 12" image onto A3+ paper. The image is coming out as simply grey with a small abstract color patch in the middle? I've printed the same image as a 7" X 7" image on 8" X 10" paper perfectly. Ideas what the problem is. Thanks in advance.

What happens if you try to print 7x7 on the A3+ paper?

Hi John - I've been testing some further prints and got it to work. The only difference I think I made was that I printed from a .jpg compared to the previous versions which were .tiff's . The .jpg file was 16.3 MB while the .tiff was 279 MB. Would that make a difference using a .jpg vs a .tiff or the sizes of each? Thanks.

JPEG file size by itself won't make a difference but attributes attached to the file might. I can print a 184KB JPEG on A3+. Check all the printer settings in your application..
