I am getting a filter error code since upgrade to Mac OS Monterey 12.1. Support site says there is no driver for this OS. A call to tech support says they don't have tech support for this printer, it is all handled via website. Anyone know how to address this?
There is no Monterey driver for that printer. I have read, but have no direct experience, that if you reset the printer system and then add the printer an Apple driver will show up to be installed.
Easy to try and see if it works.
