Hi I hope you can help.
Today I printed a print and noticed that the colours were way off, this is the first time Ive used the printer since recently replacing two ink cartridges, cyan and magenta. And have never had issues with prints matching the screen before.
On inspection against the two cartridges I replaced there is a flashing red light approx 1 flash every 2 seconds, a warning that the ink leels are low. However the printer utility says that the levels are full.
Any ideas how to fix this?
