I just purchased a pro 1000. tried to put my first few sheets of phot paper throguh it after running the head alignment (which failed btw)
I now get a misfeed on my paper in that the paper will advance aprox 1-2 inches through the printer (giving me 1-2 inches of white space on the leading edge) and then aprox every 1-2 inches I get a white band across the page. also the image "ghosts" in that it is like a double exposure on the paper around that same distance (1-2 inches) off
it feels to me like this is a feeding issue but not sure how to fix it. does anyone have any ideas? I have tried to clean the rollers already.
I am using canon pro luster paper and I have set the paper on the printer properly.
Thanks for any ideas.
