Pro-100 Image Garden conflict

ShaynaC
Apprentice

A new 80D has caused a ripple issue with all software. New HP PC, uploaded updated software. Now Canon Image Garden software is saying the Pro-100 is not connected?

It says "a printer supported by t his software is not installed"

I can print to this printer from Lightroom, but the colors are bad. So I know the printer is installed properly.

Ideas?

Thanks: Frustrated in Florida.

Hi, ShaynaC!

To have a better understanding of your issue, please let everyone know the version of Windows in use.

Thanks!

I have a brand new Win10 PC.

If things look bad when printing from Lightroom you either have a bad printer or some settings are off.

Download the test image from this website, open it in Lightroom and print it. Don't make any adjustments to the image in LR regardless of how the image looks on screen.

How does the print look?
