Hello all,
I have a brand new Pro 10 that I just took out of the box tonight. After aligning the head and running a test page without incidence, I excitedly printed three of my own shots, each of which resulted in flawed results.
At the very end of the process (in the last inch of the page), the printer head seems to get stuck on something inside, causing the paper to skew approximatley 30-dereeas to the side, thereby ruining the print. I've attached a sample of the results below.
Perhaps I missed a piece of factory tape internally? Has anyone encountered this before?
Thanks for your assistance.
