I have a Pro-100, but I suspect it will be the same for Pro-10.
1. Delete the printer from Systems & Printers.
2. Download the Mojave driver.
3. Reinstall the printer, being sure you wait for the IJ Series printer to show up.
I just did all that and the printer works fine printing from Lightroom

Just confirming this worked for me to print from Photoshop CC 2019 with a Pixma Pro-10 and the official Catalina release. Print Studio Pro does crash when launched from PS however.

I didn't try that. Try reinstalling PSP.

A note to say that a Canon rep told me yesterday that Canon is aware that Print Studio Pro isn't working with the new Catalina OS, but that the company is preparing an update. He didn't say how long that would take.
