Go to the PS 2015.5 plugin folder and copy PSP into the 2017 plugin folder.
The other option is to use the plugin installer and navigate to the 2017 plugin folder.

Tried to copy the 2015.5 PSP to 2017 CC but got an error upon the opening of PSP. It was the old 1.4.1 version. Uninstyalled the PSP and reinstalled but I did not get an opportuntiy to select were the I wanted PSP to operate. I just installed into Lightroom only.

Try this:
1. run plugin installer
2. after it installs in LR you will get this screen:
3. select "Next". You will get this screen:
Select Photoshop and navigate to the CC 2017 plugin folder.
