Pixma pro 100 refusing to recognise paper in manual feed

While printing from Yosemite and Photoshop.

It used to but now after some setting messing around, it won't.

We've deleted and reinstalled printers but cannot get it to work. Vital for us to get this up and running!

Can someone help?

Error 1006, but paper clearly is in.

Did you try to turn the printer off, unpluged form the power for a 1/2 hour or two?  Can you print at all, anything.  If you can, it is probably a problem with your OS or software.

Did you select manual feed tray as the paper source? If not I think it assumes you are using the rear tray feed.
