I have switched from a PC to a Mac mini.  My printer is an 09, I think.  I have the MacOS Monterey.  My printer setup disk needs to be updated to be compatible with the Monterey.  How can I get a disk or how can I get the setup driver for my printer.  The printer pops up when I attempt to print something, but it doesn't print.

I don't believe that this printer is supported on macOS later than macOS Sierra.

If you contact Canon at 1-800-OK-CANON I believe they have an upgrade program for printers that are no longer functional due to computer operating system upgrades.

I appreciate your response.  I just called and was told by a recording that my product is no longer supported via telephone, just on the website.  I had tried the website with no luck, prompting me to check with the community.

Thank you again.
