I want to use my Pixma Pro9500 Mark II again. Of course my laptop is Win 11, Levono Yoga 2-in-1 16IML9. (also one which is Win10 tried on both). I have gone thru various amateur workarounds using a USB cable: Properties/Run as WIn 7 or 8 & downloading an older driver. Also manually install in Devices. The device is never found. I presume I may have to go into the code. Suggestions>>>

Hi mrk2025,
The Windows 10 driver for your PIXMA Pro9500 Mark II should work with your Windows 11 computer, but is not supported with the Windows 11 operating system.
The Windows 10 driver is available for download from this page:

If your printer is not detected in Device Manager on multiple computers, please try using a different USB cable.
You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.
