All of my cartridges were getting low and I went beyond when it suggested to change -- color was starting to fade so I just changed them all and now no ink is printing.
I use it to print greeting cards and got a bunch of Mother's Day orders I won't be able to fulfill. Help!!
How do I fix this?
I called support and we cleaned the printer drivers and deep cleaned multiple times. It's odd that the initial pattern check had magenta but the last one doesn't. We cannot get it to print magenta. Used all new cartridges.
