My Pixam G620 photos looked faded so I did some maintenance; deep cleaning, etc which doesn't seem to help. (see (photo) Shouldn't Top GY, and bottom M have printed something?IMG_1939.JPEGIMG_1939.JPEG

After many cleaning attempts I ordered CH-21L and CH-21R Print Heads. They were shipped Sunday and arrived in the mail on Wednesday. It only took a few minutes to install them both and the test print was perfect.

Many thanks to all who offered help!

If deep cleaning did not remedy the color loss, make sure your ink tanks are over half way full and run an ink flush. Directions are here: https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/s/article/ART179437
