Pixma Pro 100 will not print magenta nor cyan.

My title says it all.  I've cleaned the head, replaced the cartridges and still no magenta nor cyan.

Ideas?

Might be a failed head if deep cleaning won't solve it.

Give Canon a call at 1-800-OK-CANON.

Thanks, John. I will.

Canon was helpful in ways I have not encountered for decades.  Sending me a new print head as a courtesy.  How cool is that?

My title tells the story.

Multiple cleanings of the head.

New cartridges have replaced older.

The NOZZLE CHECK printout shows no ink dispersal in the CYAN and MAGENTA boxes.

Ideas?

Kevin
