Purchased thie printer May 31 2017 and i realized it was a mistake because is does not support my computer OS or the new one coming up. the latest update was back 2016. Can't return it because i have to cut out the serial number from the box. is there a way to printer thru my network? Yes i did install the new driver and the printer shows up in my laptop as Offline it prints connected to a USB
Any sggestions?

The PIXMA PRO-100 is compatible with the Sierra operating system.

Yes I did indeed downloaded the latest driver I stated this fact in the last sentence
