Pixma Pro 100 Won't print Anything

This printer was purchased in August and, honestly, been an excercise in frustration ever since. I'm currently trying to print ANYTHING and the only thing that happens is the front light blinks three times. I've tried the back tray, the manual tray and can never get anything to print. One time it fed the entire stack of papter through one by one and did nothing else.

At this point, I'm about to just give up and throw it away. I shouldn't have to waste hours on end troubleshooting a printer that is practically brand new.

Nevermind. I forgot that in Japan, I guess "rear" means "top". Seriously, who decided to call that the rear tray when there is clearly a rear paper load.

It is confusing, but the DVD printing tray is the front tray and the other paper load is the rear tray.
